British luxury car manufacturer Bentley has unveiled the first teaser of the new Flying Spur, the brand’s most powerful sedan in history. The 2025 Bentley Flying Spur will follow the new generation Continental GT, and like the Grand Tourer, the new Flying Spur will switch to a hybrid powertrain, marking the end of the legendary W12 engine.
Still, the small V8 hybrid engine will be more powerful than the old Flying Spur, making it an advantageous engine for ultra-rich owners. The teaser image of the new generation Bentley Flying Spur shows part of the front of the new sedan, which appears to have cosmetic changes compared to the current model.

The round headlights are retained with new details, but the lower section looks the same as those of the new Continental GT. The big change, however, is the powertrain under the gigantic bonnet.

0-liter V8 ultra-high-performance hybrid engine, tuned to produce 771 horsepower and 1,000 Nm of torque. These are the same figures as the Continental GT and an increase of 147 horsepower and 100 Nm over the current Flying Spur Speed.
The 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 is connected to a single electric motor as part of a hybrid drive system, and Bentley claims an all-electric range of up to 72 km. Bentley has yet to confirm the details, but the new Flying Spur is likely to be equipped with the same 25.9 kWh battery as the CGT.
But Bentley claims the new-generation Flying Spur will have a range of more than 800km. Further details about the new Flying Spur are due to be released in the coming days. Some of the technology and features are expected to be shared with the new Continental GT. The luxury sedan is due to make its global debut in August this year.
