BMW India has launched a more aggressive and sporty premium version of its flagship SUV, the BMW XM Label. This new version of the SUV is called the XM Label and is priced at Rs. 3.15 crore (ex-showroom), which is about Rs. 5,50,000 more than the standard XM. However, only one unit out of a total of 500 units worldwide will be sold here in India.
The BMW XM Label differs from the standard XM in that it comes with red accents and highlights in various places. Red trim can be seen around the grille, window lines, alloy wheels and rear diffuser. The exterior is further accentuated by BMW Individual Frozen Carbon Black paint and 22″ aluminum rims.
Packed with features for comfort, convenience, and safety, the BMW is packed with advanced features to make every journey more enjoyable and safer. It features a 14.9″ curved display with navigation including real-time traffic updates and an extended view for easier navigation.
BMW XM Label: Body & Physique
There’s also a 12.3″ digital information display and a head-up display, so you always have important information in front of you. Enjoy premium sound from a 20-speaker system and convenient features like a digital key and ambient lighting to brighten the interior. It also comes with electric power steering, BMW’s Intelligent Personal Assistant and a surround-view camera for enhanced visibility.
It has great details, including stylish 22-inch M alloy wheels. The red and black theme continues inside. In terms of features, it has a large 14.9-inch curved display that houses the infotainment system and instrument panel, a head-up display, multi-zone air conditioning, customizable ambient lighting, adaptive M suspension, custom seat upholstery and a 20-speaker music system from Bowers & Wilkins.
BMW XM Label: Safety
In terms of safety, the BMW is well equipped with six airbags, side-impact protection, an anti-lock braking system and an electronic immobilizer. It also comes with collision sensors, ISOFIX child seat anchors, Cornering Brake Control and M Dynamic Mode.
Further safety features include an Attention Assistant, Electric Parking Brake with Auto Hold and Active Roll Stabilization with Active Roll Comfort and Performance Control.

Under the bonnet of the BMW XM Label is an impressive V8 engine, mated to a powerful 25.7 kW lithium-ion battery hidden in the car’s underbody.
BMW XM Label: Output
This setup delivers a total power output of 748 hp and a massive 1000 Nm of torque. The powertrain is mated to BMW’s fourth-generation eight-speed M Steptronic transmission and M xDrive all-wheel drive for smoother performance.
The car can cover a range of 76-82 km on purely electric power, making it environmentally friendly when needed. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes just 3.8 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h, but with the M Driver’s Package, you can accelerate to 290 km/h for even more thrills.
Mechanically, the BMW XM Label is BMW M’s most powerful car to date, with a 4.4-litre V8 twin-turbo hybrid engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. This engine develops 748 hp and a maximum torque of 1,000 Nm. In this performance state, the BMW XM Label can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds and top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h.
