Nissan recently upgraded the Magnite and launched it with six variants on offer, with prices starting at Rs 5.99 lakh (introductory ex-showroom, pan-India). All of them are decently loaded but the mid-spec N-Connecta variant gets some premium features like a 7-inch driver’s display and LED DRLs. Let’s take a look at this variant.

Front
The front of the N-Connecta model of the Nissan Magnite is placed with halogen headlights and boomerang-shaped LED DRLs. Two chrome C-shaped accents flank the honeycomb mesh grille, as the other variants have, while a silver skid plate sits near the bottom of the bumper.
Side
The N-Connecta trim includes a 16-inch alloy wheel dual tone and body cladding in black with silver door claddings. Other features of the trim include chrome door handles, turn indicators on the outside rearview mirror (ORVMs), and silver roof rails.
Rear
The rear comprises a wide black bumper with a skid plate in silver and a halogen lamp in the back. It also consists of a rear wiper and washer, a rear defogger, and a roof-mounted spoiler with an antenna over the shark fin.
Interior and Features
The all-black theme of the facelifted Magnite N-Connecta is dotted with silver inserts spread across the cabin. The dashboard is covered in a soft-touch leatherette material, while the door pads feature fabric inserts finished in silver.
Inside the centre console, there are two cup holders, a gear lever surrounded by silver, and a centre armrest for the front passengers with upholstery of fabric. It features also a parking brake with a chrome tip.
Feature-wise, the Magnite N-Connecta packs an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 6-speaker ARKAMYS sound system, and a 7-inch digital driver’s display. The car has an auto AC with rear vents along with a PM2.5 air filter, push-button start/stop, auto-dimming IRVM, and steering-mounted audio and cruise controls.
There’s also a safety package that includes a combination of six airbags (standard), electronic stability control, a reverse parking camera, and reverse parking sensors. The safety suite is completed with a tyre pressure monitoring system, where 3-point seatbelts are available for all passengers.

Price and Rivals
The prices of the Nissan Magnite N-Connecta vary between Rs 7.86 lakh and Rs 10.34 lakh. However, the other variants of the Nissan SUV range between Rs 5.99 lakh and Rs 11.50 lakh. Among its chief rivals for the 2024 Nissan Magnite are the Renault Kiger, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Kia Sonet and Hyundai Venue. It can even be pitted as a competitor against sub-4m crossovers like the Maruti Fronx and the Toyota Taisor.
